CSB #3698 is very blessed to have an awesome group of men volunteering and giving much of themselves toward ministering and discipling boys and young men.  Most have been working together in CSB #3698 for nine years, and all have a passion and commitment to bring the best out in your sons and develop them into Godly men and Christian leaders.  Every leader must complete an application for working with children, and all undergo a background check and screening completed by the Base Camp leaders of WCH.  And best of all - every #3698 leader was at one time a boy himself!
